Welcome to TryVitalume. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. We keep them simple, clear, and designed to protect both you (our customer) and us (the seller).

For these Terms & Conditions:

  • Cooling-off period: The 90-day period during which you may request a return or refund.
  • Consumer: The natural person who purchases for personal use, not for business resale.
  • Day: A calendar day.
  • Continuous transaction: A contract covering repeated product deliveries over time.
  • Durable medium: Any tool (email, digital copy, etc.) that allows you to access, save, and store information.
  • Right of withdrawal: Your right to return products within the specified timeframe.
  • Entrepreneur: Refers to TryVitalume, the company offering products online.
  • Distance contract: A purchase agreement concluded remotely via our website.
  • Remote communication: Any digital method used to complete an order (website, email, etc.).
  • General Terms & Conditions: These Terms & Conditions, which apply to all purchases.

Article 2 – Identity of the Entrepreneur

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to every order and contract between TryVitalume and you, the customer.

Before checkout, these Terms are always made available. By completing your purchase, you confirm acceptance.

If ordered electronically, these Terms are accessible and can be stored or printed for your records.

Article 4 – The Offer

  • All offers and promotions are non-binding until confirmed by purchase.
  • We reserve the right to modify offers, pricing, or availability at any time.
  • Product descriptions and images are presented as accurately as possible. Slight differences (e.g., color or packaging variations) do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.
  • Each offer clearly states:
    • Price, including taxes (excluding shipping unless noted).
    • Shipping costs and method.
    • Delivery and fulfillment timelines.
    • Whether returns apply.
    • Any additional applicable conditions.

Article 5 – The Contract

  • A contract is concluded once your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
  • For online orders, confirmation will be sent to your email.
  • TryVitalume uses secure technology to protect all online transactions.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw (return) within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.

Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

First-order customers may return one opened unit under our First Order Promise.

To request a withdrawal, email info@tryvitalume.com within 30 days.

Article 7 – Exceptions to Withdrawal

  • Opened consumable products (beyond the first-order exception).
  • Gift cards or final-sale items.

Article 8 – Delivery & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping timelines vary by region, and delays caused by carriers are outside our control.
  • If a product is out of stock, we’ll notify you immediately and offer an alternative, refund, or updated delivery time.

Article 9 – Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment methods available at checkout must be completed before shipment.
  • In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to correct them and contact you before fulfilling the order.

Article 10 – Warranties & Liability

  • Our products are manufactured and handled with care.
  • TryVitalume is not liable for misuse of products or results outside intended use.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

Article 11 – Disputes

We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly via info@tryvitalume.com.

If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United States (Florida jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by consumer law in your country).
